In November 2017 Banjo Brothers decided to terminate its service with a company called Kibo (formerly known as Shopatron). Up until today orders placed directly from the Banjo Brothers website were transacted by Kibo.
What does this mean for you?
This means if you placed an order at banjobrothers.com, all the tracking, order numbers and account information still resides on Kibo/Shopatron's system.
We did not bring any of that information into the new store, including user accounts.
If you order on the new site, you will be asked to re-establish an account or check out as a guest.
Orders Placed Before November 17th
If you placed an order before November 17th, you will still be able to log-in to your old Kibo/Shopatron customer account by clicking here. All returns, exchanges and other order-related issues will run through Shopatron/Kibo until January 1st 2018.
