FIVE THINGS is a feature on the Banjo Brothers Blog. It’s a short interview about life and bicycles with a notable person. This week's notable person is cyclist Amanda Batty.
Raised on a farm just outside of Payson, Utah, Amanda Batty is a recently retired professional downhill and enduro racer. Described on the Packfiller Podcast by host Patrick Bulger as, "fast, opinionated, colorful, fun and as she says herself, feisty as f--k."
Batty's love-affair with the bike is eloquently chronicled on her personal website and it's just one of the many reasons she's a compelling subject for our Five Things project.

FIVE THINGS is a feature on the Banjo Brothers Blog. It’s a short interview about life and bicycles with a notable person. This week's notable person is cyclist Tyler Huber, a father of two, husband, avid cyclist, graphic designer and co-founder of the Burleigh County Bicycle Cult and Burleigh County Cup w/ Ian Easton.
It’s been six years since we made the Burleigh County Bicycle Cult jerseys that said “Adventure is Dead” on the collar as a joke about how overused and meaningless that word has become. Let’s give it a rest, shall we?

These are real customers and their stories about using Banjo Brothers Cycling Bags.
This expanding rack top bag traveled with me this summer on vacation in New York.
The bag is remarkably high-quality, good-lookin', and useful, and so is every other Banjo Brothers product I've purchased in the past: backpack, panniers, and phone case. -

FIVE THINGS is a feature on the Banjo Brothers Blog. It’s a short interview about life and bicycles with a notable person. This week's notable person is cyclist Aaron Smith, a.k.a Mpls Musette. Mr. Smith is currently a channel sales manager for Podiumwear Custom Sports Apparel.
Truth be told, I'm not doing much riding lately due to the arrival of Child #2. My ride is generally the 2.6 miles to and from work. What's great about it, however, is that I go over the Mississippi every day. Once in the morning light and now in the dark.
